I am looking forward to helping to connect all of us who are grieving, facing death, facing the death of a loved one, and everything in between. In the coming weeks, I will be sharing my grief stories… from losing my dad, to my relationship grief, to losing my 19-year-old best friend - an adorable little Shiba Inu I adopted from a shelter in Denver.

What I know about grief is that it is not linear, it is endless, and we don’t all experience it the same but we do move through it with the help of those around us. I look forward to sharing with and for you. Our stories our interconnected in the most beautiful ways. Let’s learn together.
